Booking conditions
uniquehotels.pl is owned and managed by Hotele z Klimatem with offices in Warsaw, Poland on 17 Śniadeckich Str.
BOOKINGS
All bookings are made in the following way:
After you have filled out a form on uniquehotel.pl, the service provider makes a provisional booking for you if the rooms required are available. The provisional booking is usually valid for 24 hours at no charge.
Having received correspondence about the provisional booking made by uniquehotels.pl, the Customer is obliged to confirm the reservation within the following 24 hours and in accordance with booking conditions set by a given hotel. Each time you book a hotel room through uniquehotels.pl, you will receive detailed booking conditions of a the hotel of your choice. Usually to secure the booking one needs to do one of the following:
- make a pre-payment
(prepayment is made directly to hotel’s bank account. The Customer is obliged to send a bank transfer proof to uniquehotels.pl right after the transaction is made. Both e-mails and faxes are accepted. The hotel’s bank account details and prepayment quote will be forwarded to the Customer in the correspondence about the booking.
- forward credit card details
(the required details are specified in the booking form. The Customer may either fill in the booking form right on uniquehotels.pl using a 128 bit SSL security protocol or send a filled-out form by fax to +48 22 627 26 18. The data received by uniquehotels.pl will be securely forwarded to the hotel and only then a card authorization or debiting will be performed – all in accordance with hotel booking conditions included in the correspondence from uniquehotels.pl. The hotel may also charge the credit card under conditions specified in the “booking cancellations” section below or other conditions set in the correspondence to the Customer.
Having received the prepayment or having secured funds on Customer’s credit card account, the hotel will issue a booking confirmation that will be send to the Customer by uniquehotels.pl.
PAYMENTS AND RATES
uniquehotels.pl does not charge any commission on hotel bookings made through this site.
All transactions connected with the bookings (bank pre-payments or credit card debiting) are made directly to the hotels.
Hotel rates featured on uniquehotels.pl are usually lower, by at least 10%, than those offered directly by the hotels. The rates published on uniquehotels.pl are just guidelines. Biding price offers are sent to the Customers after uniquehotels.pl receives filled-out reservation forms.
BOOKING CANCELATIONS
A cancellation of a booking must be done in writing and sent to uniquehotels.pl via e-mail to info@uniquehotels.pl or by fax to + 48 22 627 26 18.
A booking cancellation is subject to conditions set by a given hotel and forwarded to the Customer by uniquehotels.pl after making a provisional booking. The conditions always include deadlines for:
- booking cancellations at no charges
- booking cancellations subject to charges specified by a hotel’s cancellation policy
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
When making a reservation through uniquehotels.pl, the Customer allows uniquehotels.pl to store and process personal data I provide for the purpose of hotel bookings as well as communication and marketing services offered by the website owner, in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection of 29.08.1997. The Customer Has the right to view and amend his-her personal details.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
By filling out a booking form, the Customer accepts rules and regulations of uniquehotels.pl as well as other conditions set by a chosen hotel and included in the correspondence from uniquehotels.pl.
uniquehotels.pl is not responsible for any consequences resulting from incorrect data placed in the form by the Customer.
